Our Doybag packaging machine is designed for flexibility, handling various types and sizes of bags. The multi-adjustable bag magazine utilizes automatic bag feeding for a smooth process, and a filling station with nitrogen connection ensures optimal product quality.
Precise Bag Handling and Sealing
Our Doybag packaging machine provides precise bag handling with an advanced bag feeding system and an innovative “product” vibrator in the bag bottom. Adjustable features, including “fingers” for proper folding of the bag’s top, ensure a professional finish. The option for a label dispenser and an adjustable bag sealing system for folding and welding enhance flexibility and customization according to your specific requirements.
Advanced Features for Optimal Performance
This Doybag packaging machine is equipped with advanced features, such as motor-controlled height adjustment of bags and an exit conveyor for the finished bags. Optional integration of a multihead weighing system offers additional flexibility and efficiency. 2 year warranty for 8 hours daily shifts, from the date of the setting-up in your works. The warranty includes the replacement of all possible faulty parts in the above-mentioned period.
The defective part must be sent back to Pack-Engineering to be examined. The warranty is not valid if modifications have been made without acceptance from Pack-Engineering.
PEs warranty obligation is subject to the following:
- Preventive Maintenance Agreement signed by customer.
- Maintenance according to instructions
- Maintenance by approved technicians/operators
- Correct operation and installation
- Use of approved material.
