Through a non-contact heating process facilitated by a high-frequency induction field, these capsealers ensure a secure seal without significant heat transfer to the product.

The machine features a user-friendly display touchscreen with instructions available in two languages, enhancing ease of operation. Built with SS-304 stainless steel components for the bin, frame, and enclosure panels, the capsealers boast durability and hygiene. With a memory capacity for 10 jobs, interlocked safety guarding, and a bottle backlog sensor at the outfeed, these machines adhere to the highest quality standards, being ISO 9001:2000 certified. The contact parts, crucial for sealing, are made of SS-316 stainless steel, ensuring product integrity.
High-Speed Sealing Capability
The CVC 2000 Induction Capsealers are designed for high-speed production, sealing up to 120 bottles per minute (BPM). This rapid sealing capability makes them ideal for industries with demanding production requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient sealing process for your products.
2 year warranty for 8 hours daily shifts, from the date of the setting-up in your works. The warranty includes the replacement of all possible faulty parts in the above-mentioned period.
The defective part must be sent back to Pack-Engineering to be examined. The warranty is not valid if modifications have been made without acceptance from Pack-Engineering.
PEs warranty obligation is subject to the following:
- Preventive Maintenance Agreement signed by customer.
- Maintenance according to instructions
- Maintenance by approved technicians/operators
- Correct operation and installation
- Use of approved material.
