Romaco Macofar presents a highly regarded compact, intermittent-motion capsule filling and closing machine, widely chosen by users globally for its flexibility and user-friendly features. This machine is specifically designed for medium production runs, offering a mechanical speed of up to 40,000 capsules per hour.
Precision Capsule Filling with Advanced Features
The standout feature of this capsule filler lies in its outstanding filling accuracy, achieved through vertical-action vacuum dosators. The dosators, with vacuum assistance, make it possible to handle powders with challenging flow characteristics, leading to improved compaction of powder. Additionally, the machine excels in pellet dosage using a gravity system, preserving the integrity and characteristics of the pellets. Its versatility is further highlighted by the capability to fill a wide range of powders and/or pellets.
Efficiency and Control for Seamless Operations
The Romaco Macofar capsule filler minimizes downtime with its minimum format parts, enabling fast and efficient changeovers. It incorporates a statistical weight control system for filled capsules, ensuring precision and consistency in dosage. For enhanced convenience, the machine offers optional automatic feeding groups for both products and capsules. To support validation processes, full technical documentation is provided, adding an extra layer of reliability to its performance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
2 year warranty for 8 hours daily shifts, from the date of the setting-up in your works. The warranty includes the replacement of all possible faulty parts in the above-mentioned period.
The defective part must be sent back to Pack-Engineering to be examined. The warranty is not valid if modifications have been made without acceptance from Pack-Engineering.
PEs warranty obligation is subject to the following:
- Preventive Maintenance Agreement signed by customer.
- Maintenance according to instructions
- Maintenance by approved technicians/operators
- Correct operation and installation
- Use of approved material.
