All machines feature robust stainless-steel construction, PLC control, easy changeover, and configurable options to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
2 year warranty for 8 hours daily shifts, from the date of the setting-up in your works. The warranty includes the replacement of all possible faulty parts in the above-mentioned period.
The defective part must be sent back to Pack-Engineering to be examined. The warranty is not valid if modifications have been made without acceptance from Pack-Engineering.
PEs warranty obligation is subject to the following:
- Preventive Maintenance Agreement signed by customer.
- Maintenance according to instructions
- Maintenance by approved technicians/operators
- Correct operation and installation
- Use of approved material.

The CVC 1220C is a cutting-edge Electronic Channel Counter crafted for swift and precise tablet, capsule, and softgel counting. Equipped with features like an automatic dust compensation system, dual vacuum ports, product count verification, and reject capabilities, it ensures high accuracy. With 12 channels, it can efficiently handle a single bottle setup, and optional features include a hopper level control, upside-down bottle sensor, static eliminator bar, channel blocker, and a floor-loaded tablet pre-feeder.
